Getting help

All parts of the BCP Review and Health-Check tool have extensive Help text and FAQs. The tool is designed to be used by people familiar with Business Continuity planning, and who should be confident in answering the questions asked, and interpreting the recommendations. While the team at Kerry London know what the tool is designed to do, how it works, and what it is designed to show, they are not experienced Business Continuity Planning practitioners, and are not placed to answer detailed questions about recommendations, or to make BCP related recommendations.

Retrieving your data

Once you have entered and stored your data, you can Log-In to retrieve your health-check information and view your reports.

Problems seeing charts

Within the BCP health-check tool, various reports and charts are available. If clicking on these charts or reports displays no information, you may have pop-ups blocked in your browser. On most browsers, such as Chrome, Internet Explorer/ Edge and Firefox, pop-ups that are blocked are usually shown at the top of the browser. You will need to ensure that pop-ups are allowed.
