Covid-19 Hub
Welcome to the Kerry London Coronavirus Hub. We’ll be keeping this hub updated with our latest advice and resources for you, your business, employees and clients.
A message from our CEO
Firstly, and foremost, I do hope you are safe and well.
As we are all aware, the country, and indeed the global community, is in the midst of unprecedented times. The outbreak and spread of Coronavirus is having a huge impact on people and businesses alike. I wanted to take the opportunity to briefly let you know what we are doing at Kerry London and our plans for both the short and medium term.
We have instigated our own Business Continuity Plan, which has seen us take the decision to close our offices and means all of our teams are working remotely from their homes. I’m pleased to say we have prepared for a situation like this and I’m confident it has not impacted the service we provide, and nor will it moving forward.
Of course, what this does mean is that, for the foreseeable future, we won’t be able to offer any face-to-face meetings. However, we are still available on the phone, via email or on video conference. The same people who have always looked after you and your business will continue to do so.
We realise that this is an incredibly difficult time for many of our clients, but please be assured that if there is anything we can do to help and support you then all you need to do is ask. We are also aware that, in times like this, individuals and businesses look towards their insurance to understand what protection it can offer. If there is anything you wish to discuss with us, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual contact who can talk you through the implications and your own situation.
It’s a statement of the obvious, but no-one knows how long this state will last. Our commitment though is that we will continue to operate as if it is business as usual, albeit in a slightly different way. And we will keep you updated on anything that you need to know in the coming weeks and months.
I wish you all the very best as we all navigate these challenging times.
